We build the agreed first automation at no charge and show you a demo, with no obligation to join. It is additional to your monthly allowance, so your first paid month still includes up to two Simple Automations AND one Larger Automation. We only hand over access and go live after your approval, signed agreement and receipt of the first £1,000 +VAT monthly payment.
Add as many ideas as you like.
Sending a request does not use your allowance or guarantee a build. The allowance covers builds marked Completed during that paid month. Any unused capacity expires at the end of it.
Need more done?
Subject to availability, add another full monthly allowance for £1,000 +VAT. Two allowances in the same month cost £2,000 +VAT and cover up to four Simple Automations AND two Larger Automations.
Aftercare is included.
While your plan is active, we maintain the automations we built. Before each launch, we agree what will be monitored, how failures will be reported and who responds. We aim to begin investigating reported faults the same working day; repair time depends on the cause and any third-party systems involved.
Work outside the allowance is separate.
Larger bespoke work, additional changes and third-party software or usage costs are explained and approved before any extra charge.
Cancel whenever you need to.
Your plan renews monthly on the date it starts (or the final day of a shorter month). Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid month continues and is not refunded. Aftercare ends with the plan, and your business takes over ongoing maintenance after handover.
Your price is fixed for the first year.
The £1,000 +VAT monthly plan fee stays the same for your first 12 months. This is a price guarantee, not a 12-month commitment: you can still cancel before any monthly renewal. After the first year, we may review the price no more than once every 12 months. We will email you the new price and when it would start at least 30 days in advance, so you can decide whether to continue before paying it.
Pay automatically by Direct Debit.
Once we agree your scope, we send a secure Stripe link to authorise Bacs Direct Debit. The £1,000 +VAT fee is collected in advance for each monthly period. We confirm your start and collection dates in writing; a Direct Debit may need several working days to clear. No payment is taken when you enquire, and extra work is never charged automatically.
If a payment fails.
We email you and allow seven calendar days to arrange payment. A Direct Debit that is still processing is not treated as a missed payment. If the failed payment remains unpaid, we may pause work and end the plan.

It is having a business that runs with less chasing, fewer repeated jobs and a clearer view of what is happening. We use straightforward automation or AI depending on what will work best.
Business automation cost includes more than build time: check the monthly fee, third-party licences, usage charges, review effort and future changes. WeekFound’s plan is £1,000 +VAT per month, with the allowance and aftercare described above. Additional software or a different scope must be agreed rather than assumed to be included.

Before live use, agree who monitors failed runs, how an issue is reported and what happens if a connected system changes. WeekFound’s active-plan aftercare applies to WeekFound-built automations under the agreed terms; it is not unlimited support for every existing tool.
