What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies can also store or read information on a device. They may be needed to make a site work, protect it, remember a choice, understand how it is used or support advertising.

Security cookies and checks

The public WeekFound website uses Cloudflare security measures, including the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie and Turnstile checks on enquiry forms. These help distinguish normal visitors from automated traffic and reduce form spam. Turnstile is configured without pre-clearance, so it is not used to issue a site-wide clearance cookie. Security cookies are used to protect and deliver the website, not for advertising.

What we do not use

We do not currently use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, social-media tracking cookies, personalisation cookies or non-essential analytics cookies on the public website. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate visits and website performance without setting analytics cookies, collecting personal data or tracking individual visitors. We also do not use email open-tracking pixels in enquiry confirmations.

With your analytical consent, WeekFound also measures page visits, enquiry starts, successfully saved enquiries, booking-link clicks and campaign sources. Campaign labels are held in session storage for this visit. These funnel records are kept for 30 days and do not contain your form answers, email address or a persistent visitor identifier. Clicking a booking link is not recorded as a confirmed appointment. You can withdraw analytical consent through Cookie settings.

Consent and future changes

There is no cookie banner because the website does not currently set non-essential cookies or use other non-essential storage on your device. If we add Google Analytics, advertising technology or another non-essential service, we will review its purpose and configuration before it loads, update this policy and provide the consent or simple objection required by the law in force at that time. Where consent is required, rejecting will be as easy as accepting.

Your browser controls

You can use your browser settings to view, block or delete cookies. Blocking the strictly necessary security cookie may affect how reliably the website works or how its security checks treat your visit.
