PRIVACY AT WEEKFOUND

Your information,
explained plainly.

What we collect, why we use it and the choices you have—without making you hunt through the small print.

01

Who is responsible

WeekFound will identify its legal trading entity, contact details and data-controller status here before the website is made public.

02

Information collected

The website collects only information that a visitor chooses to provide when contacting WeekFound. This can include contact details, a company name and a plain-English description of the help requested. More detailed process information is collected later only where it is needed. The website does not use advertising trackers or email open-tracking pixels.

03

Enquiry review

Initial website enquiries are reviewed so WeekFound can respond and decide what information is needed next. If a more detailed workflow assessment later uses an AI service, direct contact details are not needed for that analysis and should be withheld from the model request. Any preliminary result is not a final technical design, professional advice or a guarantee of savings.

04

Business outreach

Where WeekFound uses public business information to contact an incorporated organisation, its source, business relevance and contact history will be recorded. Named contacts will be given appropriate privacy information and a clear way to object. Objections will be added to a suppression list.

05

Why information is used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess potential work, administer agreements, deliver services, maintain security and meet legal obligations. The applicable lawful basis will be documented for each purpose.

06

Sharing and processors

Enquiry and contact information may be stored by the website hosting provider and processed by an agreed email-delivery provider where those features are configured. A later detailed assessment may use an agreed AI provider without needing direct contact details. WeekFound will list the important providers before formal public processing begins. Information will not be sold. A client project may use other providers only after they are identified and agreed in the project documentation.

07

Retention and rights

Final retention periods and the process for access, correction, deletion and objection requests will be added before launch. Direct-marketing objections will be respected while the minimum information necessary to prevent further contact may remain on a suppression list.

08

Contact

A monitored privacy address and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office will be provided before public processing begins.
