About WeekFound
Our mission:
To give growing businesses their time back
We exist to remove the repeated admin that slows good businesses down. We understand the work, build practical systems around it and give people more time for customers, decisions and growth.
Why WeekFound exists
WeekFound grew from more than ten years spent improving and automating processes inside real businesses. Working across finance and operations made one thing obvious: businesses rarely struggle because their people do not care. They struggle because capable people become trapped in repeated admin, disconnected systems and workarounds that have gradually become normal.
The name reflects the promise: find the time being lost every week and give it back to the business. We understand the real process first, protect the decisions that should remain human and build a clearer way for the work to run.

Our values
Three principles shape how WeekFound approaches every conversation, build and long-term client relationship.
Understand
We listen before we build. The real process, the awkward exceptions and the people doing the work all matter more than a fashionable tool.
Simplify
We remove unnecessary steps and use the clearest dependable solution. If ordinary automation is better than AI, that is what we recommend.
Support
The handover is not the end. Clear documentation, ongoing care and a sensible manual route help every system remain useful in the real world.

Meet the founder
Built from inside real businesses
WeekFound was founded by Jake Lawton after more than ten years improving and automating business processes.
Jake’s career has always been in finance, but the work he enjoyed most was improving the processes behind it. He mapped how information moved, removed repeated steps and built automations that saved companies many hours of processing time.
He also built systems that kept important work running when teams did not have the capacity to manage it by hand. Alongside that process work, he has been involved in multiple external financing activities and contributed to raising more than £100 million.
That practical experience shapes the way WeekFound works today. If you can imagine the process, we can help build a better way to run it.
