After more than ten years working across finance, operations and process improvement, I founded WeekFound with a straightforward approach: understand what really happens, protect the decisions that should remain human and only build what will make the business easier to run.
WeekFound exists to do that for other businesses: find the work that has become normal, question whether it still needs to happen that way and build something practical around the people who use it.
I kept finding the same problem.
In finance and operational roles, I kept seeing capable people spend their working day acting as the connection between systems. Important work was held together by copied figures, reminder emails, spreadsheets and knowledge that lived in one person’s head.
None of those tasks looked dramatic in isolation. That was the problem. Fifteen minutes here and half an hour there, repeated across every day, quietly became part of the cost of running the business.
There was a more practical way.
I began redesigning those processes—keeping the decisions that needed a person and removing the steps that did not. The result was not “more AI”. It was clearer work, fewer things to remember and more space for customers and growth.
