The useful details

Everything you should know before asking us to improve a process.

You do not need a technical brief or a finished idea. Start with the work that keeps repeating and the questions below will explain the rest.

01

Getting started

What should I tell you first?

Complete the short enquiry form with your name, company details and a simple description of what you would like help with. You do not need to design the solution or write a technical brief.

What happens after I get in touch?

We will reply within 48 hours. We will review what you have shared, ask for any important missing details and explain the most sensible next step in plain English.

Is my business too small?

No. No business is too small. If repeated admin is taking time away from customers, growth or the work you enjoy, we can look at whether there is a sensible way to improve it. You can start with one small process.

02

The work

What can WeekFound automate?

Good candidates include data entry, enquiry routing, reminders, document preparation, status updates, quote follow up, recurring reports, customer onboarding and internal web applications.

Can you build something completely custom?

Yes. We are not limited to standard templates or a fixed list of products. If you can imagine the process, we can help build it, from one focused workflow to a bespoke internal web application or connected business system. We confirm what is practical, secure and worth building before any work begins.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Usually not. We first look at how the tools your business already uses can be improved or connected. If something new would genuinely work better, we will explain why before recommending it.

Does every solution use AI?

No. A reliable rule is often better than an AI model. AI is used only where interpreting language or unstructured information genuinely helps.

What should not be automated?

Sensitive people decisions, safety critical work, payment approvals and unpredictable processes may need to stay with a person. We identify those boundaries before designing the system.

Will it contact customers automatically?

Only where this is agreed and properly tested. Customer communications can keep a human approval step for as long as your business needs.

03

Cost and value

What is the main difference between the project prices?

A Simple Automation usually covers one clear repeated task. A Connected Automation has several steps, systems, approvals or exceptions. A Bespoke System may need custom screens, complicated rules, several teams or additional controls.

How much does it cost?

Start with our pricing page for the current project ranges and care plan. Then get in touch and tell us what you would like to improve. We will review the details and agree a fixed project price before you decide whether to proceed.

What is the launch offer?

The first five WeekFound customers receive 25% off their first project, capped at £1,000, plus their first month of WeekFound Care included. The offer is subject to project fit and availability, and the written scope and fixed price are still agreed before you commit.

When will I receive a fixed price?

After the first conversation, WeekFound reviews technical access, systems, exceptions and scope. You then receive a written fixed project price before deciding whether to proceed.

Why is there a monthly fee?

WeekFound Care keeps every system we build protected and useful after launch. It covers monitoring, routine maintenance, normal backups and storage, priority support, repairs to agreed functionality, a short monthly activity report, a quarterly improvement review and one small agreed improvement each quarter. It is charged once per business, not once per project.

Can you guarantee a saving?

No honest provider can guarantee an unmeasured result. WeekFound baselines the current process, states assumptions and replaces projections with measured results after launch.

Is recovered time the same as saving cash?

Not necessarily. Time may become useful capacity, better service, more sales activity or less overtime without reducing payroll. WeekFound keeps those outcomes separate.

Will I need any additional software?

Not always. We first try to build around the tools your business already uses. If your project needs an additional subscription, paid service or usage based tool, we will explain why it is needed and show the cost separately before you commit. Nothing is added without your approval.

04

Control and support

Who owns the automation?

Your accounts and data remain under your control wherever practical. Documentation and handover are included so you understand what has been built and how it works.

What happens if it breaks?

While WeekFound Care is active, every system we have built for your business is monitored and repairs to the agreed functionality are included. Important processes also keep a documented manual fallback wherever one is needed.

How is business data protected?

Access is limited to what the system needs, external services are documented and sensitive uses are reviewed before data is connected.

Can we cancel WeekFound Care?

Yes, with one month's written notice. Your accounts, data and documentation remain yours, but WeekFound monitoring, managed backups, maintenance and repair cover end when the care plan ends.

Will staff understand what has changed?

Every build includes a plain English operating guide explaining what happens, where exceptions go and what to do if the workflow is unavailable.
